Bells of Peace Ceremony

A WWI remembrance, Bells of Peace takes place every Veterans Day at the World War I Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Live streamed to a national audience, the ceremony also includes ‘virtual’ participation by many thousands of Americans who join from all over the country via an app.

The 2022 Bells of Peace ceremony featured special guest General Barry R. McCaffrey, USA (Ret.). Joined by Doughboy Foundation Chairman & CEO Dan Dayton, he explains the event’s significance and scope.

Visit our YouTube page to view our 2022 Bells of Peace Ceremony.

Please join us every year, at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, to honor all those who served and sacrificed in WWI.

The “Bells of Peace app” is available for both iOS and Android.
