The Foundation will use its best efforts to ensure a smooth performance and live stream as described herein. If the event is not performed as described herein for any reason, the Foundation will work with the donor to reschedule the performance at no additional cost to the donor.

The Foundation reserves the right to refuse acceptance of donations for any reason whatsoever.

The Foundation will not sell donor information, but reserves the right to use that information to contact the donor with additional information about its programs and activities.
