A man is only missing if he is forgotten.

Doughboy MIA is a nonprofit foundation committed to the commemoration and accounting of the U.S. Missing in Action of the Great War.

Help Us Find Them

Our efforts work to resolve the cases of the missing to the fullest possible extent, including: to assemble and make public the most complete and accurate accounting of the U.S. Missing in Action of the Great War; to attempt to gather background information and photographs of all of the U.S. Missing in Action of the Great War; to attempt when and where possible to locate and identify the final resting place of the U.S. Missing in Action of the Great War and to petition those, when appropriate, for the ways and means necessary to recognize and officially identify recovered U.S. Missing in Action remains or grave locations from the Great War, or to otherwise commemorate discovered or identified U.S. Missing in Action of the Great War.

Donate Today

Your support for Doughboy MIA will help our work continue and expand. The Doughboy MIA team is an all-volunteer group dedicated to the commemoration and recovery of American MIA from the First World War. Every penny donated by our supporters goes directly to the equipment, travel, and research costs necessary to resolve the cases of the missing – and bring our lost boys home. No funds will ever go to salaries. This is your opportunity to join the fight and bring these brave Americans home.
